I have used Rincker Law for a variety of business related issues including trademarks, employment issues, non-disclosure agreements, contract review and negotiations. Ms. Rincker takes a comprehensive and yet still practical approach to resolving contract negotiations. I appreciate her professional approach to each and every legal issue we have worked through. This lawyer is more committed to billing you top dollars for administrative work anyone could perform for $10/hour than using her education to serve her client. Her work is non existent and she has no negotiating skills and does not prepare for her cases. The type of research she delivers is what anyone having access to Google can figure out. I would absolutely not recommend her, unless you are looking for a fool proof money pitt.
