Both personal and business lawyer since 2011. Litigated successfully against deadbeat tenant (weeks of preparation followed by 15 minutes in court). Handled personal and real estate transactions, corporate rollovers, made sure our documentation was valid in both Calgary and Ottawa. If he wasn't current on an area, he researched it. Communicated clearly and completed all documentation, usually in a timely fashion--certainly if there were impending deadlines. Clear invoicing. Witty and with a brilliant sense of humour. Doesn't suffer fools gladly.
