My name is Gerald Aftem , owner ALD, hired their firm and Tammy to represent my water ownership with the state of ND she instead she passed me off to Josh in what I believe was a plan to help the state steal my water ownership, proof of this is they moved Josh into and new office right next door to Tammy who was now representing the group the state set up to move my water using a plan I told them, I wanted to use, This is a major conflict of interest, can't represent both of us, second is that I was never given a letter sent to them from state official denying me my water, knowing I was waiting for it so I could file injunctions stopping them, or passing private information on to them on my plans, I believe they did both, and I believe I can prove it in court. I believe they wanted me in state court so state could take it, when in fact it belongs in Federal court, never hire theses people or this firm !
