I phoned Mr. Cutting related to a landlord/tenant dispute because he appeared to have good ratings. I needed quick action and advice. We talked and he agreed to take the case, and asked that I bring to his office the lease and associated documents, after which we would meet to plot strategy. I took the documents to his office, and he even greeted me there. I then phoned several times over almost (2) weeks to try to set up the meeting that he suggested. He never returned my calls, despite his assistant taking the messages each time. If he was too busy, why not alert me? If he did not want my business, why not inform me upfront? I found him to be very unprofessional and totally unreliable and non responsive. Be warned.
