Based on my experience, I would recommend Bevan Maxey to anyone seeking legal assistance. My case was an old of civil/criminal nature and too many lawyers were confused and did not want to proceed in helping me to solve it. They literally "footballed" me between themselves explaining that this case is either criminal and it's not their area of expertise or civil and I should speak to someone else. Others literally would ask for HUGE sums of money up-front with no guarantee of resolving the case. I reached out to Bevan's office to find that they are able to represent me and was asked for a modest sum up-front. Needless to say - we are pleased with their work - after 9 months of their tenacious work - the case is dismissed with no prejudice. I THANK YOU, Bevan Maxey, for all your hard work, persistence, reasonable fees and ability to navigate through all the obstacles! Thank You!!!

Terrible lawyer who is only concerned about your pocket book and does a sub-standard job. His assistant Lexie is arrogant and neglectful in her work just as Bevan is. I paid $3500.00 for Bevan to show up to court 3 times, file papers and have my ex served. I had to do all the research and type all the statements. I could never get a response back from Lexie his assistant. He treated my case like is was a nuisance to him and every other case he had was priority. The was very apparent when he would should up to court 3 minutes before hand and have no idea what was going on and then blame it on Lexie.I should have spent that money on a better attorney.
