Judge McDonald biasly started with “a house is like sausage, you don’t want to know what goes into it.” However, both a house and sausage are statutorily defined in Michigan. He allowed my attorney to withdraw and embezzle my $25,000 insurance check then enter an order while the case was stayed for an additional $182,000 in liens on my property for bogus attorney fees my former attorney claimed after he withdrew. This order was never served to me, but I found in the file. Unethically, Judge McDonald had me put in a room where Judge Rudy Nichols, in his robe, said “ANARCHY” and don’t let a third party determine your fate.” so a jury would not witness the corruption. McDonald allowed a lethal, non-code compliant home without wall ties to be resold, and transferred my property rights so a builder could make more money and commit both consumer and mortgage loan fraud. Judge McDonald disqualified himself, then undisqualified himself with orders which I again found in the file.
