We lost our case, does anything matter after that?. Because of my conviction I will never work in the state of Texas again.
He may tell you how Brilliant he is.
He may tell you how he has won cases in the past.
but in the end, we lost.
I paid 1/4 of my yearly salary.
I had to appear before court 10 times in 1 year. lots of time away from work.
I had to drive 30 miles to court, and his office many times.
I had to create my own evidence.
His visual aids were confusing, and unclear.
The only reasonable doubt the jury had was, "why did the defendant chose this guy to represent him".
or" where did this guy get a license to practice law in the state of Texas".
We were blind sided by the prosecution.
We were ill prepared.
He gave me bad advice.
He never used some of the evidence that I gave him for the case.
He did not get rid of (strike) two jurors that I told him to delete.
He argued more with me than he argued with the prosecution.
How did we lose, How???
