My experiences with Marjorie are very similar to the reviews of her sister Susan Roach. The overbilling, the churning of the case for fees, the lack of involvement in the case aside from the spending of all the money you have and all the money you can borrow. She seemed aggressive in the consultation, talked about some case from 20 years ago where she really did well. Then after I signed, I met my real representatives-apathetic but amused Marjorie and her mentoree-a girl half my age who passed the bar exam that year. I got to pay for all of these "internal meetings", code for mentoring a completely green lawyer. Marjorie refused to challenge the custody evaluator. They refused to ask for the huge amounts of my ex's missing financial documents, some accounts not even reported. Marjorie punished me when I ran out of money and when I would not sign a promissory note. Surprise! Only her fearful flunky came to my last settlement conferences. Lots of malpractice issues.Too many to list
