I'm a former client. Susan is an amazing lawyer. She doesn't watch the clock and works like a machine to get the job done. We won bc she never gave up and uncovered dirt the other side was hiding. She's busy so don't always expect call backs right away. Fine by me - this tiger is worth the wait!!

Great Lawyer. She's sometimes busy and you have to wait to talk to her. She's worth the wait. She teaches and practices law. It was great to get the professor in court - she mopped the floor with the other side.

How do you thank someone that takes the worry out of a panic lawsuit. You call them one heck of a lawyer! Ms.Kerr and her team were there to respond to my every question and get the job done. She charged us less than my other bay street lawyer and worked twice as hard. You are crazy not to hire her. She really does fight to win and brings it home.

Lawyer was hired to attend to court matters, took 5000.00 cash , and called to say she needed 2000.00 on day of court proceedings. after i spoke to court counsellor, this lawyer had me leave the court to drive to my bank and return with the cash, before sitting down to talk to me . and wanted another retainer signed for day of appearance..she didn't stay around for papers to be signed, and i had to have court counsellor obtain written correction. I texted this lawyer to tell her about mistake, she texted me back to ask whether I signed ...i would never recommend this person. I will advocate in the future against lawyers who take advantage of vulnerable demographics..
