Simple car accident I was hit from behind took almost 6.5 years to settle and at the resolution hearing I was attacked by the arbitrator and he never opened his mouth in my defense. Remember simple but serious accident no fault of mine and 6.5 years to settle. I lost 6.5 years of work due to my injuries and was making 100 G per year.
