Stephen has proved that he is there for a paycheque and not to fight for dads. When I was in an impossible position he sent a letter for free only to get me hooked in then when it came to making the final decisions I was told what I needed to do instead of fighting for what I wanted. On top of that after paying off his firm I was sent another bill only for the accountant to tell me a mistake was made. This firm is not for dads. Would not recommend to any dads in Burlington as he prays on the weak who ask for help in the Burlington dads Facebook group.

Amazing took over my matter from another attonry and got it settled just before trial. Without Mr. Eaton I would probaly still be litigating.

Eaton did not properly represent himself when his client didn't do a notice of change of representation. He communicated with a counsellor in a manner that was manipulating and threatening for the counsellor to discontinue treatment of a child who had given their own consent. He did not use proper tone for a professional lawyer. He was intimidating and unprofessional ands should be disbarred.

Four years of litigation with another lawyer. Over $75,000 spent and nothing to show for it except piles of paper and some interim orders giving me what I already have. Two months after retaining Mr. Eaton my case was settled. We attended for a TMC, booked the trial dates, sent over an exhibit book and my Husband folded. Thankyou.

Stephen is not only a Lawyer he is an angel walking among us. He gave me so much hope for my future. A Lawyer who offers you unconditional positive regard is rare, you will find this with Stephen, and its genuine. I was left with PTSD and Stephen has helped my healing process significantly. I owe him a great deal of gratitude. He honestly helped save my life. He is fair to the other side also, this allows both parties to get on with their lives in a win/win fashion, very very positive. Rating him as good is an understatement, there should be option #6 EXCEPTIONAL to accurately rate Stephen Eaton Attorney at Law.

Stephen helped me on short notice though I didn't retain him I was amazed at his dedication and quality of work when given less than 4 days to assist me with my upcoming motion. He is competent, informative, personable and reasonable. Would definitely recommend Stephen and if the time comes that I require anything else in his scopersonal I will gladly give him my business!

Having spent the last 17 years dealing with custody and child support issues with other lawyers, it was thoroughly refreshing to feel like a lawyer was actually working in my best interest. I felt that I was really listened to, and was provided with all the information I requested and needed. I was always able to reach him in a timely manner and I never felt that my case was less important than any other. We had frank, open, discussions about my situation and he provided me with a clear picture of my choices. In the end, he assisted me with coming to an arrangement that benefits me and my daughter greatly, while not alienating the other side. I truly wish I would have found him five years earlier.

Stephen is a young but very intelligent lawyer. He worked hard on my case and because of him I got to see my kids again after 7 months of my ex denying access. He's a little expensive, but I guess you get what you pay for.
