I do not recommend Timothy Houck. His level of communication is extremely poor. He did not prepare me adequately for trial or mediation, instead pushing my questions off and then never getting back to me. He was not sympathetic to my concerns as a parent and did nothing to actively support me when negotiating with the opposing party. He told me repeatedly that my case is like every other case and it was not worth fighting for what I asked. I believe he was not willing to do the research and work for a case that would take more of his time and energy than others. He was always suggesting that I should just accept the proposal of the other party. I am a very reasonable and understanding person by nature and Mr. Houck was a supreme disappointment.
