Assistant and attorney did not return my phone calls after being told I would be called back the same day. Assistant told me retainer was required in order to even look into case. Phone consultation with attorney was not provided to consider options about hiring attorney. Retainer amount was $1000.00 higher than two other reputable attorney's total fees for handling the case, let alone $1750.00 higher than their retainer fees. I had originally not even contacted these other attorneys because I thought they would be too expensive due to their great reputations and track records. These other attorneys looked up charge and court information while on the phone with me. Their initial consultations were free in order for both them and I to decide if they could take the case. Other attorneys had genuine concern about the case situation, had knowledge and provided information, and acted promptly whereas Atty Reposa's office did not.
