She drove 2 hours personally to deliver our keys to us after we got tied up and would have otherwise had to stay in a hotel over the weekend with all of our stuff packed in a moving truck. Kim was able to get the bank to complete the porting of our mortgage on time after the bank had made several mistakes! We would give Kim a 10 in the tenacity category if possible! Kim explained the entire process clearly and in language easy to understand including any and all penalties and fees that we would be incurring during the realty process. We received a thorough detailed report of expenses (which Kim had explained prior) and there were no surprise expenses. Our sincerest thanks and gratitude to Kim for getting us through a stressful time and making sure our house sale and purchase went through on time without any issues or problems!
