Vadim was very helpful in guiding me through a very difficult situation, providing very knowledgeable and objective advice while listening and understanding my situation in a very empathetic manner. Vadim represented me in a DUI case. He was very professional throughout and quite candid about the results he could deliver. As discussed my over 80 / impaired was reduced to careless driving. I was given 16 months probation and can drive on condition that an ignition interlock device is present during the term on the probation. I was also given 18 months to pay a $1000 fine. The important fact however is that the criminal charge was withdrawn resulting in no criminal record. I would not hesitate to recommend Vadim.

I was charged with Assault. I reviewed names of a few lawyers on this website and then reached out to Vadim. His fees were reasonable and he told me what needs to be done to get my charges withdrawn. I had a lot of questions as this is my first brush with the law but he was able to address my questions after a few trys. He recommended that I complete the PARS program to the crown. I completed the 12 weeks program. End result is my charges are being withdrawn after I signed a peace bond. He is also helping me with the destruction of my fingerprints and mugshots with the police. My partner just had his dui charges dropped in court today, all because of Vadim. Vadim’s work on my over 80 care and control charge was perfect! I was worried about getting a criminal record, but he took care of everything and I didn’t even end up having to testify - he told me that Christmas came early and I would just have to pay a $1000 fine for careless driving, which is a traffic offence (6 demerit points) not a criminal offence. I’m so happy with the result. Before the trial date, I met with him at least 6 times total to watch surveillance videos of me, solidify my defence, give me some
Information about the law, and do a dry run of the trial with my friend who was going to testify with me. I felt as comfortable as I could given the situation since he prepared me well. I got charged with Refusal of breath test (DUI) at the end of 2018. It is a criminal charge and one of the most difficult cases in DUI. EXTREMELY thankful! I attended court 10/15/18 for 2 charges - Over 80 and Impaired driving. I blew 175 and 157, hitting a light pole while driving. Vadim was exceptional, he got my over 80 dropped before trial and my impaired acquitted the day of the trial. I cannot thank him enough! I had a care and control over 80mg charge and in fact blew a 174 at the OPP station. The charge came following an accident where my car was a complete write-off. This was my second offense and following a lot of digging, research and due-diligence on the part of Vadim, he came up with a few defenses. Just wanted to write this on the behalf of Vadim. I hired Vadim to take my case because I got myself into a certain situation that I was charged with a minor assault charge. In nov 2017 I was changed with shop lifting some one told me to call Vadim so I did , when I meet him he was very focused and professional, he told me we gonna get rid of this case and I will not get a criminal record he was always keeping me Informedby the case details , he represented me at court on 13 December 2017 but the court was extended to Jan 2018 , so we attend eagle court and the crown told Vadim that I suppose to do 25 hours for Salvation Army or donate 300 C.A , so I donate the amount and all the charges withdrawn ,also I didn’t get criminal record.

I was charged with DWI in 2017. When Vadim present his case he was well prepared and very professional. The charter challenges he submitted totally took the Crown off guard.
