Gabe is one of the worst lawyers I have ever met. He is rude, demeaning, impatient and unorganized. He did not know how to introduce evidence in court. He outright lied to me on how he was going to handle the case and didn't give me any strategy until the last minute before trial. I originally hired Alison and I found her very intelligent, patient, organized and was excellent presenting her evidence in court. The issue was she was stuck in a murder trial so Gabe took over my matter. He never followed up with his promises. He indicated that we would strategize before and during the trial but he never contacted me once. Due to my legal background and my knowledge of my case I was sending him emails and summaries that we were to discuss but he couldn't be bothered. I am not just complaining, anyone who wishes to reach out I can prove all my claims. Do not hire this man.
