I did not qualify for a legal aid certificate and could not afford to hire a lawyer myself. I was sent to Kenneth for representation. He reviewed my case with a fine comb and found several problems. Initially the crown wanted 3-6 years for jail term. I was involved in DUI where I severely injured several people. I was afraid but Kenneth stood hard and fought. At trial Kenneth managed to defeat most of the charges. I was left with the one charge of refuse breath machine. Judge said time served.

Ken was appointed to ask questions of my crazy exwife. We met and he listened to my story carefully. We developed a strategy to fight my ex and the prosecutor. At trial Ken carefully tore up my ex with small steps. He basically ate her for breakfast. In the end judge said the magic words of NOT GUILTY. Go to Ken, he is a very good lawyer.

A powerhouse through and through. Tough lawyer who took my case to trial when others I consulted told me to negotiate for a deal. Ken never asked crown for deal. He does tend to talk over people, but he is effective when he questions people on the stand. He had the officers in a corner about why they pulled me over and where the drugs were found. middle of trial crown offered to drop charges if I did some volunteer hours. It was a great success.
