HIRE THIS LAWYER! I know divorce lawyers and there is only one Sherri. She is a human being. Very very personable, caring and brilliant. I brought my brother to her for a one hour consult. The information she gave him saved him from thousands and thousands of dollars. He had the quickest and easiest divorce because of this information packed hour. I have sent various other friends and family members to her for their various legal needs, and they have all been very grateful to me for recommending her. Sherri cares and as I said is humane. I had a complicated case to begin with and now my family lawyer of 15 years was retiring. I interviewed two lawyers and met with them (at my cost) before hiring Ms. Moss My first meeting with Ms. Moss immediately put my mind to rest. She grasped the whole, complex and convoluted mess I was in and planned the best approach to the whole matter. She also managed my concerns and anxieties about the case very well; where I did not see much hope, she saw an alternate route through the entangled maze. Ms. Moss always kept a firm hold on how our meetings should be focused; she knew what was specifically on hand to be dealt with and did just that; other matters that were really just side-bars best kept for another time were disengaged from accordingly. Definitely do not recommend this person; 1)judge at motion she made for me said she was incompetent (actual word used). Abysmal failure. 2) up'ed her rate randomly above other client's rate once she thought i couldn't afford to switch lawyers 3) did not divulge that she was going on maternity leave and tried to force another lawyer from he firm on me at the last minute; 4) colluded with the lawyer on the other side to try to force the matter to trial, 5) went out of her way to make the matter as expensive as possible, 6) was verbally abusive, and insulting. Im not making this up people.

I found Sherri to be reasonable both in terms of her cost and her demeanor. She was extremely effective in putting together the last minute paperwork I needed to appear before a judge and win my case.

I found Sherri to be committed and very detail oriented . She was articulate and was extremely resourceful both in front of the judge and behind the scenes in preparing materials . I would highly recommend her . She was not intimidated by the other sides aggressive moves . She fought for her client and I greatly appreciated that I had someone who was prepared to protect the victims in a very ugly case .

I hired Sherri for my custody battle with my wife. I was feeling defeated in the whole process until I started working with her. She really gave me the encouragement to stand my ground and we negotiated a settlement in the end for shared parenting. I found her to be a hard working lady who really cared about my rights to be an equal parent to my kids. She also is personable and knows her stuff. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing a family law lawyer

1. I hired Mrs. Moss after my wife had me kicked out of my own home on bogus charges. She handled my criminal case and my divorce. I really like Mrs. Moss tell it like it is approach. She did a fantastic job the judge threw out the criminal charge. She really knows her stuff and puts 100% effort into the case.

Sherri was my lawyer for over two years. It was a very complicated case and she stood by me throughout the whole time period. She always told me the truth about the cost and was extremely professional.
