Eugene Bhattacharya is a excellent lawyer. He is very honest and tells you the truth. He follows through and communicates and explains the process of the courts. My experience with Eugene was excellent.He is excellent at trail. I have recommended him to others and they have been really happy with his service. In 2001 I hired Eugene for my custody battle to secure custody of my young daughter. He is expert in his field. He is kind, considerate and definitely not in this for the money as I made a minimal amount. OUTSTANDING lawyer. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Eugene was a fantastic lawyer. He knew all the players in the criminal justice system. He saved my ass. Very professional. Kept me informed of every step. The other reviews looks fake to me. Eugene has been practing for over 30 years. Trust this man to fight hard for you. Highly recommended.

Incompetent . Misleading . Bound to get convicted if you retain this Scum bag. Puddle of crown and police. Incapable to efficiently cross examine. He will give you false promises . Does not care other than his retainer . If you want your life to end retain him and you will see the result . Conviction guaranteed. How many innocent lives he has destroyed .

This abomination of a lawyer is the worst possible course of action you can take to resolve your court case. He shouldn't even be practicing law. If he is your lawyer, you will DEFINITELY be convicted. A true scumbag that only cares about his retainer fee. He is the lap-dog of the crown attorney and crooked cops. STEER CLEAR of this guy.
