I had an appointment with Jana Effertz to discuss a potential bankruptcy. Well, I would much rather deal with bill collectors and creditors than Ms. Effertz. She was arrogant and condescending and has no people skills. I don't know anything about bankruptcy and she didn't take the time to explain it. She rushed through it like she had something better to do. Based on her wearing jeans and slippers, I guess she did. It would have taken her 2 minutes to explain the process and the type of questions she would be asking, to put me at ease. She didn't. She got very personal and I wasn't expecting that. When I told her my car was thru cars and credit, she scoffed and rolled her eyes. Sorry, but some people don't have a choice. Obviously, I've made some mistakes, but I need someone on my side, not someone that tries to make me feel like a deadbeat. When I was asked about the relevance of some of her questions, she got very rude like how dare I question her! Stay Away!
