I have nothing but positive things to say about this firm. The staff is great and very professional. Karen goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients' needs are met. I love the family oriented atmosphere and would definitely recommend to others and use again.

She took over an estate for a local person. The commisioner appointed her supposedly to help because the original executor was suffering health issues and lost her mom, sister, and husband. The estate had been completely disbursed. There was only a small amount left to the family after all bills were paid. Ms. Carnegie would not accept repairs and labor on the house that needed to be sold. She would not accept legal fees related to the estate. She refused all travel expenses related to the family working on the estate. She refused any executor fee to the original executor who handled the estate for 2 years. Ms Carnegie took the spreadsheet and receipts after they had been submitted to the commissoner and just made one of her own showing she rejected most expenses. In doing this she freed enough money for herself to receive the money for executor of the estate. She and the commissioner did not explain things clearly. Do not use this lawyer if you want things done fairly.
