Similar to the previous comment. This lawyer behaved with such deplorable lack of ethics, and created an irrevocable mess in our lives. Much to the harm of our child, she enabled my ex to subject me to parental alienation for several years. Fortunately for me and our child, but unfortunately for her client, she is also a shockingly careless reader (her writing and reasoning is abysmal too), and that worked to my advantage in settlement where, mainly due to that, I was ultimately able to "win".

Marie Takara should not be a lawyer.She advised my ex wife to try to charge me with harassment,to set up a smoke screen so I couldn't see or even speak to my kids.The charges have been dropped and now Im with my kids 50% of the time.After spending thousands of dollars and falsing going to jail because of Marie Takara.
