After going through two attorneys that completely dropped the ball on my case, I had all but given up on finding anyone who understood the law behind the issues on my rather complicated case. Finding Mr. Guerra was the best thing that could have happened to me. Not only was he extremely well versed on the law pertaining to my case, but he found all kinds of issues that the other two attorneys missed altogether. His staff of attorneys have consistently kept me appraised of my case status and rarely am I ever unable to actually reach Mr. Guerra by phone.(Sometimes I would wait weeks for the other attorney to return my calls) Rick makes sure you understand what is going to happen each step of the way and makes it a point to answer all of my questions, no matter how many I might have.
