OMG I gave these people $2000 retainer for a child support modification and it took 3 years and 2 months to finish my case. I was charged for attorney conversations that never happened, services that were never done, 1.5 hours in court when we were there for 15 minutes, the list goes on and on. I had to pay for an ad litem attorney and wasn't even given the choice of whether I wanted to pay for this or not. Another thousand dollars that was. Stay away from these people because their billing process is utter fraud. Why is there not a legitimate over-site in place to reign in attorneys for the laws they break while working with the law?
