I saw that he was jailed which is ironic considering he pretends to help society. He seemed slick, like a fast talker. And he was sweating a lot, not sure if that was because of his lifestyle. I'll be more careful selecting a paralegal and not trust these sketchy, sleezy types like Zappia. Good on the law society.

This lawyer is an absolute wonderful knowledgeable person. He agreed to take my case of careless driving, the police told me I was guilty, two toe truck drivers told me I was guilty.So on the advice of my son who had a friend that went to Mr Zappia and was happy with the results I decided i would call him. He had my case dismissed, I could not believe it. So if you have an impossible situation call Benny Zappia. He is a miracle worker.And his ass't is also great and very patient. Thank you Rosa. Benny is a good guy - he is pretty straight forward with everything. Prices are steep but you really get what you pay for - I am fairly busy so for me to be able to just pay him and not have to worry about anything made things easy and convenient for me. He got the job done without wasting my time and that's what matters to me at the end of the day. I would recommend him as long as you have a good budget and want someone who will be straight forward and honest yet will make sure to do his best to fight for you.

One the worse attorney's ever. He did not show up on my court date, and sent a totally unaware agent who knew nothing about my file. I had to plea guilty and now I owe to the court and my insurance rate will go up like sky high. He never returned my money so this "we win or it's free" is nothing but a big BS. Do not trust him at all....

Worse place ive ever had to deal with. I emailed them for a price quote, paid them the balance i was told to paid then get a call months later with a different price.
I provided them proof of price that was agreed upon and their answer they kept telling me was "if you dont pay me more money then we are not going to court anymore"
As soon as they see proof of agreement the only thing they could respond back with was "find another attorney" literally days before my court date.
The lady at the office name Rosa would just hang up phone on my face.
After all the times of her hanging up and not responding to my emails I was forced to call a legal attorney and law society of upper canada to deal with these matters and they told me Im entitled to my personal documents, so I went to their office to pick this up and speak to them in person. When I asked why theyre breaching contract "Benny" had the nerves to yell at me from top of his lunges from his office not even presenting himsel

Paid for a service we did not get. Receptionist is rude. They were to follow up on a issue which wasn't done. When asked to prove it I was given a run around just so they could keep $150.00.
