Great if you want to spend money for a lawyer who doesn't know how to communicate and actually tells you they completed work when they didn't.

Made a lot of false promises, then when it came down to it, she wanted the easy way out and to give up. Knows the laws very well, but doesn't want to fight for you.

Gave her a $5000 retainer, met with her, Lied to me telling me she could do this and that, all lies, just wanted billable hours. No ethics whatsoever.

refused to turn over evidence on my son, who was her client, that she received in July/August 2019 that she received from crown counsel. Kept pushing to take deal from Kamloops crown counsel or he was going to jail. We repeatedly asked to see the evidence as to what the crown was alleging and she always had an excuse as to why she could not send information. This went on for months. She never returned calls.In early Nov the court date for pleading guilty or not guilty was approaching and how trial would be handled.During this time she was pushing to take plea deal with out client seeing the evidence.I was forced to write a letter directly to the judge stating my son pleads not guilty and he wants a supreme court jury trial. I also told the judge that we have no idea what this lawyer was doing and that she has refused to let her client see any evidence. Mrs. Hebert was served along with crown a copy of this letter. The evidence was finally turned over after she was replaced Dec2019.

Natalie is very knowledgeable as well as honest and helpful. She did not tell me what I wanted to hear but what I needed to hear and know. She is busy so not always easy to get a hold of but she always got back to me in a timely manner. She took my case seriously and made sure that she had me and my children's best interests as her main priority. She knew her stuff, did her homework and fought hard on my behalf. She was professional and serious but made my experience as comfortable as she could. I would definitely recommend Natalie as a family lawyer to obtain a fair separation/divorce. Worth every penny.

My initial (and only) appointment with Natalie was good, however she was EXTREMELY hard to contact subsequently despite numerous phone calls. Her support staff often were confused and of little assistance. After months of silence, I closed my file with her and am still trying to get the remnants of my retainer back despite it being over 8 months since that initial interview. I'm glad to see some positive reviews here, but she was of zero assistance to me and I found legal assistance elsewhere.

Natalie assisted my elderly mother with legal documents and was extremely patient, knowledgeable and punctual. Very pleased and will definitely use her services again.

Natalie worked hard on my file. She is very honest up front about the process and the time it takes to deal with a matter. She also was very blunt with me regarding my expectations. In the end I got one of the options that she had provided.

Natalie did an excellent job in representing our daughter in a child custody case. She had a good understanding of family law and is able to effectively apply it. She is a hard worker and has a good grasp of mental health issues/treatments (as good as many mental health professionals)as they apply to family situations. We hope we never have to go through the kind of situation we went through again but we would be thankful to have a lawyer as competent and informed as Natalie.

Natalie helped me get my kids back from the ministry when other lawyers had failed me. She worked hard for me. Most importantly she told me the blatant truth about my situation and what needed to be done. I would recommend Natalie to anyone looking for a lawyer.

I enjoyed working with Natalie as a lawyer. As she puts it, she would rather paint a realistic picture than a rosy picture. Sometimes the words are difficult to hear but when you listen, the outcome is what she says it will be. I liked the fact that she always double checked my instructions to ensure that the steps I was asking her to take were correctly understood. She laid out the law clearly in a way that I could understand it. My matter was effectively and competently handled. Either or her or assistant always got back to me within 2 business days. I would highly recommend Natalie if you are looking for a competent lawyer that is going to give you grounded advice.

Extremely disappointed with her assistance in my divorce. I do not agree with the above review. I did not find her flexible, caring or funny - but I did find her able to talk a big game, but when it came to execution, she lacked skill in competencies even junior lawyers should have. She was unprepared for meetings; she says she will complete tasks and then failed to do so; and she gave poor advice on financial matters. I ended up transferring lawyers at an advanced stage and was pleased that I did so. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Natalie Hebert - at all.

Natalie Hebert is an excellent attorney. I have worked with numerous lawyers over the years on different issues and have to say that Natalie was one of the most knowledgeable and thorough. She is also very creative and flexible. She tries to understand what you are trying to accomplish - and when you present an idea to her, instead of saying "you can't do that" - she comes up with different ways to accomplish your objective - which in my experience, is a great quality for a lawyer. She also has a great attention to detail and produces high quality and complete agreements. I also find that her billing is fair and consistent with what you would expect. She is very friendly, caring and funny. I would highly recommend Natalie if you need assistance with family law/divorce issues. She has been a pleasure to work with. Thank you Natalie!
