I have worked with a lot of lawyers in my past and Jeremy has been the most unprofessional counsel I have ever dealt with. He was arrogant and rude. He would only talk to me if he wanted more money.Absolutely destroyed my life. Don't ever hire him as a lawyer or mediator. I hired him for a family case and was horrible I was worst of them before I met him. Please don't do it. This lawyer is the worst, a very poor listener, interrupts while you are talking, worst communicator, does not act on his own client's best interests, was more interested in negotiating in favour of the other party instead of yours.

Jeremy has been my lawyer for over 10yrs. He has always fought hard to get me what was necessary for visitation and access to my children. He has always got to the heart of issues with minimal time and money wastage. He always told me that he didn’t want to waste his time and my money on issues that were superfluous to the situation at hand. If this doesn’t show commitment to his clients, I don’t know what does. I highly recommend him!

OK. So if you have a non-contentious divorce and just want to get a divorce as cheaply as possible- he will try to save you money. If you’re dealing with a difficult or abusive ex and need to fight - choose someone else. He regularly forgets important details (like where my ex hit me or what the work schedule was) during the motion, and doesn’t see how badly he’s losing afterwards.

There is such a thing as an honest lawyer and his name is Jeremy Dolgin. Jeremy has helped me with my seperation agreement as well as the divorce paperwork. He always talked me through each step, answered my questions, and tried where possible, to resolve issues out of court to save time and money. I approached Jeremy Dolgin in the summer of 2016 to assist me with divorce and child custody arrangements. Mr. Dolgin provided solid legal guidance — not only by being informative, but by charting an effective overall strategy. I noticed several times that he would distinguish between missives from the other side that needed to be dealt with, and those that were ineffectual, and required either a very simple response, or none at all.

He has Zero knowledge of law. he is good of screwing his own client. he screw me up three years ago still I am recovering from his negligence. I can bit all positive comment add by him otherwise as a common man I know more law and rules more then him I end up fire him next day after my motion. he consent everything without asking his client and screw me up big time his negligence cost me thousand $$$ please stay away from him he is not good even 50$ per hours and he charge $300. rather then hire him do it your self truest me you do beater then him.

Going through a divorce is not a great experience. Jeremy provided sound advice to help me get through it. He is practical and made sure my interests were protected. It was helpful that he is flexible to work with. Almost everything was handled through email and phone conversations which helped with my work schedule. Overall, I would definitely recommend Jeremy.

I think most lawyers would be happy to charge customers more and get the litigation going instead of cutting through the chase and resolving the outstanding issues. Its not easy to contain all the hate on all sides and proceed with very little emotions. And he does a very good job at that. One thing that is very clear from Jeremy is his firm intention to keep the money waste to a very low level. At first it seems odd and you start thinking that this must be marketing. At the end of the day you realise that this is how he does things. I hired Jeremy for the second time and each time i noticed the exact same attitude towards resolving the actual issues and not spending time and money on useless pursuits.

Jeremy is a good lawyer. He has his client's best interest at heart. He is a good negotiator. He helped me negotiate a lump sum settlement with my ex and saved me a lot of money preventing lengthy court proceedings. I have to admit that I had a bit of hard time dealing with Jeremy at first. The opposite experience of everyone else here. Money hungry, careless, slow to respond to messages. He tried to get me to sign documents that I knew he knew were falsified. I should report him for trying to coerce me but I fired him instead. I'm considering bring a claim against him but I'll wait until I see my final bill first. Very disappointed.

Jeremy was the third lawyer I had consulted after working with two others that weren’t up to par.Jeremy’s expertise was evident on the initial consultation. I had been served to attend court just before I hired Jeremy; a path I didn’t want. He quickly rectified this and began firm negotiations with my ex’s lawyer; his knowledge and professionalism provided me with full trust. Jeremy always sought the best approach on what would benefit me long-term. I felt comfortable explaining my situation and asking the many questions I had; I appreciated his patience, honesty and the quality sound advice he always provided. Despite the busy schedule I’m sure he leads, he was often quick to respond…he definitely keeps on top of it all! In the end, I received nearly all I strived to obtain with my separation agreement. I chose him as a collaborative lawyer to resolve my family issue based on his internet review ranking and also based on level of enthusiasm he showed over the phone. Although I and my wife main issues where on the financial side, he moved to drafting of the agreement too soon which was never agreed by the other lawyer and left me with $5000 to pay for his work with no agreement at the end. Instead of standing firm on the issues that I was entitled to, he was pressing me to agree with the other lawyer's argument and give in. No settlement reached at the end and I had to fire him as he was not helping me with the case and definitely not meeting my expectations. Waste of money if you ask me. Moving on to resolve my issue in the court.

Jeremy helped me get an excellent settlement agreement, under difficult circumstances, in less than one year. I was divorced at the pre-trial hearing because he worked very hard to get the agreement done by that date so that I could avoid the trouble and expense of going to trial. He made sure I understood and agreed to every aspect of the settlement.
When needed, he steered me away from pursuing trivial issues based on emotions, and I appreciated his candor and common sense.
