This lawyer should not have his license! He sold me on all this knowledge that he stated he had against the other party, when really he had no knowledge when it came to dealing with litigation with Home Owners Associations (HOAs).In fact when we discussed the day prior his strategy after I sent half a dozen emails asking him for this, he told me I would do the talking. When he questioned the other lawyer on his timing and submission of documents, turns out the other party submitted them over 6 months prior. He had not even read the documents or emails! This guy is an idiot!

Absolutely EXCELLENT work by Kevin! He is a senior in the business and his tenacity, knowledge and work quality could not be better! He "jumped" on my case and protected me immediately, with a completely successful outcome (in such a timely manner). Other lawyers got back to me a week later, while Kevin had already solved my problem on the same afternoon that I contacted him! He is the Best of the Best! Joy Peacock
