I had a really good experience with Amanda as a mediator! She is very good at what she does. She was successful in making my ex and I come to an agreement, something I believed to not be possible. She is efficient, professional, knowledgeable, focused, compassionate and fair. She knows how to deal with different types of personalities and because of this quality, she gets things done quickly. And although I don't have much experience, but I've worked with a few lawyers in the past, I think she is a great family lawyer!I am grateful for her and her dedication to her work. I hired Me Emanuele in the area of ELDER LAW. Specifically, to protect my father from the Public Curator of Quebec who tried multiple times to force their control over my father's person and property. Me Emanuele won for me in court within a matter of minutes. She knows the key words to use to elicit a win. She also has a kind and pleasant demeanour, is responsive and has empathy. Amanda Emanuele is very knowledgeable, quick to analyze the central issues, and fast to find the legal references that are relevant to help quide her proposed solution.
