I can't say enough about how truly exceptional Melissa really is. I have been dealing with Family legal matters since 2007 and after 6 years I began to represent myself. Melissa took over my case from another lawyer
She was professional and strategic with timing at court and worked hard to finish the case before moving to Australia.She won the summary judgment motion for everything I asked for. I find her friendly and approachable. She was quick in responding email or call even sometimes on her days off.She did her very best to win my case, I am very happy and thankful that with Melissa's help I got the sole custody of my Daughter.Best lawyer ????

Melissa acted quickly and was very effective in court. The judge completely agreed with her. She did an urgent motion of exclusive possession of my matrimonial home, and my ex husband was ordered to leave the house immediately. Melissa got the child support as well as the spousal support quickly, and I was never left with monetary difficulties. Thanks to her my kids and myself got the right of voice, and are very satisfied with the courts' orders. Thank you, Melissa!

I was going through the toughest time with custody/access/support battle, I did all I could and was still not being heard and my rights were completely ignored. I got referred to Melissa not knowing what to expect, I can honestly say I was blessed to have worked with her through this. She made me feel comfortable, she was completely understanding, very helpful and did what she could to get what I deserve. The process was surprisingly short and I got what I wanted with my child. I dont know what I would have done or where I would be if it wasnt for Melissa. The help she had gave me and how much she did for me is truly appreciated more then she knows. By far the best lawyer I've ever experienced in my life.

I was fighting for sole custody for my 2 younger children & Melissa helped me get everything I wanted from the get go in the end. At first when she made suggestions I didn't want to comply to them.The reasoning behind her suggestions after she explained made sense & benefitted my children and myself. She's a very understanding & compassionate lawyer. Don't EVER let her young face deceive you into thinking she can't handle herself, because you lose from the start by passing on her!! Amy gave my case to Melissa, and at first I was hesitant because she looks pretty young. I am eternally grateful to Melissa!! She was so thorough and efficient and killed it at my court appearance. I got a final order with what I wanted at my first court appearance. I agree with the reviewer below. Melissa has very good legal strategy and negotiation skills. She is also a compassionate person who was unbelievably patient with all my questions and always reassured me. She responds to emails and calls very quickly...sometimes within 5 mins! Highly recommend.
