Jonea took over an elder care practice in Cuyahoga Falls from Margaret Kreiner who retired. My family, a long time client, has had issues for 6 months trying to get financial and guardian matters solved upon the death of the original caretaker. There was confusion as to what to do, meetings cancelled, phone calls never returned, etc. I was happy when Jonea took it over as we had a productive phone call. Now more of the same...missed phone appointments, sarcastic responses from the staff. Yesterday, we get a letter stating that we need to seek a new attorney !
