He didn't do what he promised and what I paid him for. He NEVER returns phone calls. He ALWAYS skirts questions I have and DOESN'T ever answer them even when cornered. Because of his incompetence, I lost a few hundred thousand dollars that I had to pay to people that weren't even my father's children; the house was threatened with foreclosure because he couldn't manage to get a current bank statement from the estate attorney; the properties from another state had to be divided because he didn't check on the state laws, then he didn't provide the tax bill so I'm now facing a possible tax lien. I submitted a letter according to CAAP guidelines and FINALLY got him to call, and the entire time he belittled me, accused me of not doing what I was supposed to (forgetting I could do nothing without him providing paperwork), and REFUSED to ask the estate attorney why tens of thousands of dollars in funds were missing after I pointed out the discrepancy. DON'T TAKE THE RISK OF LOSING EVERYTHING!
