Michele handled my Family matter.
Negative Experience hiring Michele Chess/McCoy. We were enthusiastically asked for a Large Retainer. She did not do the job we hired her for and stated she would do to the the best of her ability.
Michele Chess/McCoy:
1. Commiserated with Opposing Party for hours in person and via phone calls, while charging us for doing so. By doing that, she appeared to feel Sympathetic to Opposing Party. Lacks Communication Skills. She Rarely returned phone calls. When I called the secretary stated she is in a meeting, and she will return a phone call and never does. May get a response from an email a month later, even though have called every working day.
2. Did not follow through with anything regarding the job she was hired for.
3. Had a Lack of Attention to Detail, especially regarding billing.
4. Seemed to be pre-occupied with matters other than our case.
