I hired A. Charles Ruff to help me in a civil lawsuit in 2010 and it was a total waste of my $20K. I always paid him on time but it was a struggle to get him to work on my file. He never completed things on time which added to my stress level. It was one of the worst experiences of my life! I could never in good faith recommend him for any legal matter. Save your money!
