Darlene is an excellent lawyer and a genuinely good human being. Stood up and fought for me at times when I was ready to roll over and play dead. She called out the opposing counsel whenever he would try to "pull a fast one" on me. I recommend her whole-heartedly.

Ms. St.Jean is very good at what she does, compassionate and communicates well and keeps you informed of all options available and will fight hard for her clients. I couldn't have asked for a better lawyer to help me get through the court proceedings which ain't always easy.

I have worked in the legal field for over 15 years, and have had dealings with many many lawyers within that time. I find Ms. St. Jean to be all that a lawyer should be, and so much more. She is knowledgeable, compassionate, realistic in what your options are legally, has a moral demeanor and will fight hard for her clients. She is filled with passion, and is in constant contact with her clients. There are so many lawyers, male and female, that will test waters on whatever it takes to win...Ms. St. Jean relies on statute, case law and your circumstances to prove YOUR case - Family law is never an easy area, and Ms. St. Jean navigates the rough waters with poise, grace, dignity and passion. I would STRONGLY recommend her to anyone for any area -

Darlene represented me and my child during the worst period of our lives. Knowledge: Gets a 5, because not only did she know things of which I would not have thought, she recognized behavioural patterns in my ex to which I was blind, and alerted me to them so that we could make the most informed decisions possible. (Incidentally, everything she pointed out was 100% correct.) Communication: 5. Sadly, no instant-access "red phone" hotline to her desk :), but they were always quick to alert me to something that needed my attention, or in answering my questions. Tenacity: 5, because throughout communication with my ex, Darlene was patient and determined. "Stick to your guns" quality that can be quite hard to find in my experience. Work quality: 5. Couple staff changes at the law firm during my case. Darlene worked through them. They had no effect on my case. Value: It's a lawyer ;) Expensive almost by definition. 5. When it comes to my child, nothing but the best will do.

Darlene represents me as I am going through my divorce. She is knowledgeable and willingly listens to your suggestions unlike some of the so called top litigators in the area. Her desire to get the job done in an efficient and timely manner in second to none. Highly recommended.

Darlene represented me in my divorce and custody battle with my children she was very understanding of my sons wishes to reside with me.I totally recommend her....

I would not recommend her ...she never answered my questions,...I really trusted her from our initial meetings ... she promised to protect my interest and failed me as a client and herself as an attorney ... she did the minimal amount of work .. I paid almost 20,000 dollars and I am worse off now then before I went to her... I now have to find another lawyer and start all over again ...
