She represented me (badly, negligently) in my divorce case and now, 2.5 years after a poorly mediated Marital Settlement Agreement (she was not at mediation - I represented myself), the judge has forced me to comply with Article 3 - I am forced to sell my house, a house I had 5 yrs prior to marrying my emotional terrorist ex husband because I was financilly unable to refi my house to get him off the mortgage (the DEED and LOAN - and thus all fianncial responsibility are mine alone). She did not inform me of my options at div. Furthermore, he filed BOGUS, UNSUBSTANTIATED D. V. charges against me that have ruined my career as a forensic psychologist. I was and continue to be the victim of INTENTIONAL INFLICTION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS. My ex (even though he filed for divorce) threatened that he would stop at nothing to destroy me. Despite my pleas for help against this emotional terrorist, she did not protect me. If you are looking for a divorce atty, look, no RUN the other way.
