I couldn’t ask for a better lawyer to handle my divorce. Ivan is natural, has style and presence in the courtroom. He did a very good job in my file and I ended up keeping my properties and my business with only a small compensation to my ex. He knows well how to put barking lawyers from big firms in their place.

The only thing he learned within 10 years of his law practice how to download documents in his computer. He is good only to scan the documents. When the time came to defend me he abandoned me because I told him I signed under pressure. He completely did nothing in my favor, did my final judgement on his knees in this office at 20:00 PM...everything I paid and what we prepared was for nothing...Person who talks about his motor cycles and girl friends. Like to show off...disclosing confidential docs of his clients in his office that he divorced Emelin ...as a lawyer is very soft...sensitive to women.. very week personality...save your money if you want to win.. if it is easy case...he is a good secretary

Mr.Caireac exemplifies honesty and integrity. Ivan is very knowledgeable (even with fringe cases such as mine). His expertise not only saved me time, stress & money; but most importantly, he ensured that my rights as a father to my son were not revoked. Used his services in 2017, and he did an "OK" job. He does not like to be challenged or be asked questions (by his clients) as his pleasant demeanor would quickly change. Does not answer emails/reply to calls and VERY difficult to get in touch with. Highly unprofessional. Lawyers like these give good lawyers a bad reputation.

We hired Maitre Ivan Caireac for his services as family and immigration lawyer as my father was dealing with some specific issues. He was very meticulous to explain to us all the procedures. He gave us a good price for his services and through all the process was informing us of the next steps. My father was reassured and was happy when finally everything was done much quicker than we expected at the beginning! I think he had friends write up positive reviews on here. He is without a doubt the worst lawyer. I have since moved on to another lawyer that not only had to fix all his screw ups but said it would have been simpler just to try and defend myself instead of listening to his horrible legal advice. TO AVOID LIKE COVID!

Worse lawyer ever. He doesn't care and lies. Will stretch as long as he can to leave you dry. No one should trust this lawyer. He has no empathy, only cares about himself and how much he can get out of you. Stay away from this unethical lawyer.

Mr Caireac is a knowledgeable and professional lawyer. He gave me incredible support during my divorce process as a lawyer, and as a human being. I initially had another lawyer prior to using Me Caireac services. I required a new lawyer on short notice and Me Caireac wasn't hesitant to pick up where the other lawyer left off. It was night and day between my two experiences. What stood out was how attentive Me Caireac was to my concerns and he provided a sense of reassurance through it all. He was easy to get in touch with and would take the time to answer questions in detail and keep me up-to-date. Furthermore, I agree with a previous review he certainly holds a strong presence in the court room which is favourable, and I felt proud to have him as my lawyer.
His quick and efficient thinking was an excellent asset. Overall, it was an absolute pleasure to have such a personable charismatic lawyer turn a bad situation into a good experience through his professionalism and expertise.

I decided to write a review for Ivan Caireac because of how he handled my divorce, it was an ugly divorce. Thanks to Ivan to get me through it. I still don’t like lawyers but I will make an exception for this one. He told the truth to me always and we got along fine. My ex totally trashed my previous lawyer. Ivan was nice to me and worked like a renegade barracuda for my case even when I was a little bit unreasonable… Good lawyer. Very patient.

Ivan was a breath of fresh air after I had previously hired and fired another local lawyer. He worked very hard for me and always kept me up to date on how things were coming along. His rates were very reasonable and he didn't look to charge me any chance he had as other lawyers would. You can expect to get quick responses from him when you have inquiries and get results in a very timely fashion. Ivan has a strong presence in the courtroom as well and often has a trick up his sleeve. We were never disappointed with the judge's decisions. Also, his office is right next to the courthouse which is convenient. I definitely recommend him!

I highly recommend Me Caireac to assist you with your divorce. It's a very emotional time and you may not be thinking clearly. I tried to do it myself to save in lawyer fees.
