Deceitful, no actual legal knowledge, quite simply he is terrible at what he does and will lie to clients and take their money. All positive reviews here use the same language he has used to describe himself on his website... not a coincidence.

Quite possibly the worst person you could put in front of a judge. He attends court unprepared, charges an arm and a leg for consistent bad results. He falls behind on deadlines and is a liar. DO not trust a word he says - the only thing he is consistent at is being delusional.

Blair is very honest, he will work like a tiger for you and he is extremely professional. I will bring many clients to Blair because of his honesty, integrity and professionalism.

It appeared to me that Blair has no idea what he is doing. The fact that the Law Society allows people like Blair to continue to practice is nothing short of astonishing. I also believe that he lied several times to me about my file.

This guy is a complete piece of crap and a perfect example of the prostitute ambulance chaser fake lier lawyer. His staff seems loyal but will eat you up behind the scenes. Extend your case for what ever the reason and scam you for everything you have. He has done this repetitively to us lied repetitively to others. Lied to and faked information to other law firms. Good luck.

I had the opportunity to meet Blair out of the blue as I was having some troubles with some paperwork. Out of the kindness of his heart he said I think I can help you. He have me some advice and went for a coffee with me. He gave me some more advice and helped me with my case. The day of my appearance I had the opportunity to watch Blair in action. Looked very professional and handled his case well. As he was leaving he gave me some more valuable advice. Because of his advice I won my hearing. Absolute gem of a human being!

I thought that he was very dishonest and as our case progressed, the sheer audacity of his dishonesty left me seriously shaken up. He seems to believe that he has the ability to talk his way out of tight corners, the truth being a secondary consideration. Our first few meetings, I trusted him blindly by our last couple of meetings I felt the need to actually record our meetings. Being lied to by thd person you're supposed to trust messes with your head and it's horrible and I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

Once we had signed our papers and paid our money we were treated as if we were not important, our phone calls and emails were ignored and we were not keep updated about problems with our case. It is hard enough dealing with these issues but to be totally ignored when our case practically wrote itself it was so simple. Disrespectful, rude, and no time for clients. Not only will I NEVER do business with Falconer law again I will urge anyone I know to do the same.

We did a real estate deal with him and there were nothing but problems. He made several mistakes along the way . Documents had the wrong interest rate, the wrong payment amount, etc. if I had not been diligent the documents would have been wrong. He did not ask for our identification and a day before closing he requested we send this. He got title insurance without our permission or an explanation of why we needed it. He doesn't even seem to have a legal assistant. Apparentlynhe has a law student who assists. He gave us a specific appointment time to sign documents. He showed up late without having the documents available. wasted an hour of our work time. We should deduct this from his bill. I would recommend you look harder for a lawyer if you are doing real estate. I have more legal work to do but next time I will do greater due diligence before ai choose. I picked him primarily due to convenience of his location.

The kind of lawyer who likes to solve everything peacefully. Always one step ahead. Not the most vicious, but then again, sometimes its better to solve issues outside of court. Would recommend for all my friends going through divorce.
