Have used Lance Gill for many real estate closings and is recommended for them. Used him for my divorce and he bailed out when the going got tough; he knew my spouse's attorney and had all the legal documents to review before agreeing to represent me, then he filed a "Motion to Withdraw" 5 weeks after the procedures began. His upfront flat fee was enticing but once it was apparent that this case would take significant time and effort he chose to quit. He did refund my retainer. "Winners never quit; quitters never win" - Vince Lombardi, former coach of the Green Bay Packers. For divorces this is not your guy.
