Extremely unprofessional and was rude when asked to forward a document from a client he's working with. He laughed and said he does not get paid for this type of work. He does not realize our client is also his client, and without providing the clients the proper documents to be forwarded, he can lose this client. He's the type of person who only cares about his own gains and benefits and does not think in the shoes of the client.
