Paul is amazing and I highly recommend him. He is extremely knowledgeable. He will stand up and defend you (where other lawyers will encourage you to settle). He takes the time to ensure you understand what is happening and what your options are. He communicates well with opposing counsel (is respectful and friendly while standing up for you and not taking any crap). He knows how to work the courtroom and court processes, is a hard worker who is always on top things and willing to go the extra mile for you. And with all of that, he is also reasonably priced! I have 100% confidence in him and slept better at night knowing he was in my corner. If you have family law issues - there is nobody better than Paul Buttigieg.

What can I say about Paul. He is on the ball! Extremely sharp, has a great memory, is kind, caring and compassionate and I would only ever want him as my lawyer. He recently helped me get exclusive posession and has given me peace of mind knowing he is in my corner. I TRUST HIM 100% and value him and his expertise. He is very fair in price as well given the value he brings. When I was seeking a lawyer I talked to many, but felt very confident when talking to Paul. He knows his stuff and has such a great way of simplifying things for a stressed person going through family law issues. If you are reading reviews like I did before deciding if you should hire Paul, know that he should be rated a 5! I know the hourly rate may look high, but trust me he is worth every penny. Also because he is so good at what he does, he saves money for his clients where he can and doesn't overcharge. He is fair. I cant say enough good things about him.

Paul helped me obtain a court order for receiving child support and expenses. He is very knowledgeable and always punctual in his responses. He also helped a great deal after the deal was supposed to be done but I was still not being paid. He even used his contacts in other agencies to get things done as I was having no luck getting paid(at no additional cost or billing to me). I felt he cared that I got what was deserved. His hourly rates are more than reasonable. Excellent value for services!

Paul was referred to me by another lawyer who had been in court against him, was neither a prior acquaintance nor had communicated with him since. Paul, however, had left a very strong impression with them as he was and is meticulous to detail, conscientious, honourable and actually cares about his clients. This is what Paul has proven to be for me and although my very difficult case is not yet over, it has made significant strides in a relatively short period of time - since Paul has taken over from my previous lawyer who had proven ineffective, lazy, at times incompetent and only caring about making money in the 2 years they had represented me. Paul is a trial lawyer and can effectively adapt to any style of opposing lawyer. No matter how complex or simple the case, he is the one you want in your corner because he communicates with full transparency and he will not shy away from doing what it takes to represent your best interests.

I wish we met Paul sooner! We endured an extremely high conflict custody and access litigation for 8 years and it all ended with his help. Coming from a law firm where thousands of dollars and much of my nerves were wasted to no avail during the course of 3 years, Mr. Buttigieg was a breath of fresh air. Aside from obtaining me a favorable deal, his professional, honest and friendly demeanour in this emotionally charged area of law practice was extremely valuable. Paul Buttigieg to the rescue - in the middle of a year and a half in divorce hell, with an ineffective small town lawyer serving her own self interests instead of mine. Long story short, I fired her, and with an incredible stroke of luck i found myself in a phone conversation with Paul, and I knew immediately he was the man for the job. About 6 months later everything was negotiated and signed to everyone's satisfaction - Paul was tough when he needed to be, and made me see sense when I needed it. I cant imagine a better outcome after a terrible start to a terrible situation

I have been working with Mr. Buttigieg for the last several years in a very complicated and messy case and have had nothing but a professional, positive and successful experience. Mr. Buttigieg is tough, but he needs to be to navigate the complications of court and the personalities of other lawyers. If you want to win, Mr. Buttigieg will fight for you, he understand the law and will not tolerate his clients being bullied. Mr.Buttigieg has excellent and consistent communication skills, always keeping me in the know of what was going on and clearly outlining to me what my options were/are and possible outcomes. I would highly recommend him and have several times. I would highly suggest that any negative reviews read in regards to Mr. Buttigieg should be disgregaded without hesitation.

What thing say as but him is tha the he is very aggressive and lies a lot to get his way. He is a bully in court and this is a well known fact in the legal fraternity. A judge once told him that he devalues the legal profssion.

He's a super nice guy and very down to earth. A straight shooter..... perhaps that is the reason for some of the reviews I have read. He's very knowledgeable and takes the time to explain everything so that you understand what's going on. All issues have always been handled professionally and timely. He's easily accessible and always responds in a timely fashion. If he is unable to attend because he's in court, his assistant, when copied on the email, will always respond to let me know he is in court and his response may be delayed. I referred him to a friend whom currently lives in the USA and he won her case here with her ex. He has also assisted in my parents divorce and he was able to get them to settle out of court, which saved a ton of money for both of them. I would recommend him to anyone. I have read o. Here as him being referred to as a bully, I would call it a lawyer willing to fight for his client and not backing down. Thanks for everything, Paul!

It is disturbing to know that people for whatever reason can say whatever they like and can unfortunately mislead others with their negative remarks. Not a very expensive lawyer but you get what you pay for.Really bad at reading documents, unprepared and comes across as a bully in court. Doesn't listen and lies. Judge caught him in lies and twisting facts which I think hurt my case.
