John Fields was the attorney on my car accident case. I not once have spoke with John. As a matter of fact he gave my case to an intern who has Absolutely no knowledge on my case. The intern called me daily to seek my own information to get my case started. The intern has no law knowledge and has broken English which is hard to understand. Every question I asked him he put me on hold to get answers. This company has had me case for months. I have to continue to call to follow up. Today I called and asked the the intern I was yelled at that he no longer works there. An hour later the intern called me. I have called all my billing companies to request bills, I have spent money to fax the law firm information. If I'm not mistaken I thought all this was what they're getting paid to do. I have still not spoken to Mr. Fields himself. Now the intern is avoiding my calls. My biggest mistake was going to this law firm. I could have did everything myself and kept my 33.3%. Company Sucks!!!
