Kyle represented me in my case with my son's dad. His dad tried to take custody after my dad and my grandmother died 22 days apart. Kyle guided me through every step and told me exactly what the law stated and what the maximum we would be allowed by law to ask for. She was always on top of my court dates and telling me when everything was even if I didn't have to be there. If ever I need anything again for my children I will go straight to her hands down, and I always recomend her to everyone I know. She is just a solid good person and an excellant attorney.

I would highly recommend Kyle to anyone looking for a criminal defense attorney. She was prompt and attentive to my needs. She was able to get my charges reduced and I did not spend one night in jail (when I was facing 60 days). She always kept me informed and was available to meet whenever I requested. She's definitely worth every penny!

I hired Kyle 1 1/2 yrs ago, when she was working for herself as Kyle Hassett. She joined Higgins Firm and became distant, less empathetic, arrogant & unprofessional. She would give me different answers about my trial or motions & I would have to repeat things to her because she wouldn't write things down. It turned sour when my ex and I agreed to allow my child to live w/him. I was distraught about the decision, as expected, so I scheduled an appt for my husband and I to discuss this with her. She called me the eve of my appt stating she figured we wanted to meet only to put her down. She also stated she thought I wanted other counsel. This was bizarre, sudden and unexpected, as I NEVER indicated I didn't want her, NEVER put her down. I had to reassure her that she assumed wrong. After SHE withdrew from my case, she charged me $150 to review my case just to write me a gloating letter about all the work she did for me-which I paid for. She wasn't there for me when I needed her most.
