Clay Hamilton is working in my parents succession. What he has done I believe without any reasonable doubt is criminal. My sister and I have asked the federal officials to please investigate what he has done. I am very scared of this man. He is trying to be a judge in west Carroll. If he wins, wow be unto you women who has to have a sussession there.

Hamilton & Hamilton are my brother and sister's attorney. They were hired for representation in a succession matter. However, he circumvented the court by getting a judgment signed and rendered without any due process of law and by committing fraud upon the court; to wit: he had the list of material facts in his procession. However, he did not file them. He had no due process on his pleadings. Thus, allowed his clients to commit the scheme to defraud. With him being in the office of the district attorney, he should have know better.
