This Bias prick should be removed form all Law. He is incompetent and Bias. And not matter what he will write in the following comments to assure you that he is in fact honourable, he is not. He is a Bias prick.

I wonder how this biased, prejudiced, incapable person ever got to be a Judge. He is rude, intimidating, and incapable of even compiling a Judgement that covers the main context of the case. Please tell me if there is any manner in which I can expose him for the nasty, incapable person he is, while also being a disgrace to be sitting on the bench to judge. He must be exposed for the inadequate man he is to be sitting in judgement. Also how can a Judge walk into a courtroom and state he has LOST exhibits? What can be done??? I require help to expose him without having to spend a fortune. Not fair. I know I can Appeal-lengthy and expensive process, and that is what he is hoping will stop me. I am also aged, and he is aware of that--although he can not even state my age correctly in a Judgement. He does not even have the dates right for the trial--having the FIRST day on a SUNDAY. He would not accept some of my evidence. He is incompetent, and must answer now. June Geisser 250 563 0112

Mr. Justice Abrioux is everything one would like to see in a judge. He reads the material submitted to him. He wastes no time but gives issues deep thought and the discussion time each issue requires. He tries very hard to be fair. He sees the truth and does not tolerate being mislead. He is kind, thoughtful and a perceptive listener. One of the best judges in the BC Supreme court for sure.
