After watching a video on youtube, I was under the impression that Mark Redmond's law firm was sincere and wanted to help people. I signed a contract with Redmond's law firm and he assigned Mr. Ian A. Scharg to represent me in a law suit. Two months went by and Mr. Scharg did nothing on my case. Then Mr. Ian A. Scharg sent me a letter saying that he was not going to represent me in a lawsuit but only send a demand letter and negotiate if the person responded. Two weeks after the person did not respond to the demand letter, Mr. Ian A. Scharg sent me a closing the case letter. He is someone I would definitely not recommend. He led me to believe he dropped my case because he was not going to make enough money. I think this practice is unprofessional and unethical.
