Stop. Look elsewhere..
I had recently wrote a negative review about Penny Miller on AVVO I was contacted by Penny, she requested that I remove libelous statements from Internet under the threat of being personally sued by her. I did not request for removal of my review. Penny had also replied to my negative review on AVVO as well. Much to my chagrin it was removed.
Unfortunately it is not here for you to read.
Still for those of you that did read it and remember, here is my reply to Penny's rebuttal.
Penny free initial consults do not happen at 6:30 pm at night. Additionally we had spoken thirteen days prior to said appointment. You were to be my lawyer and we were to do an uncontested child support modification at an agreed upon sum. In the event it was contested it would be subsatiantaly more. You had informed me that my ex-wife would need to fill out a financial affidavit. We had more than four phone calls before the date of our appointment. On the date of said appointment I

Penny used the vulnerability and the fact that someone is not knowledgeable about the law to back me into a corner. It was only after the case I realized what happened and that she strong armed me. Please stay away. I did not find her knowledgeable about the legal side - I found her very knowledgeable about how to pressure someone and scare them.
