I am really happy with the service I received from Denise and her assistant Wendy. I found that Denise was very knowledgeable and her fees were actually quite reasonable given how many years she has been practicing law. We kept changing out minds regarding our wills and she happily made the changes without issue. We needed to get them done quickly before going on vacation and she accommodated us at 7am before our flight so that was nice.

I was referred to Denise when my previous lawyer retired. She assisted me with a new incorporation for my business, unanimous shareholders agreement, a lease negotiation for our office space, and an asset purchase agreement. She is very prompt in responding to emails and is very knowledgeable about corporate law. I found her fees to be very reasonable and overall I am very happy with her service.

Denise is a fantastic lawyer. She recently assisted my wife and I with our first real estate purchase and completed our wills. She is very thorough and explains everything which was very helpful given that it was our first time seeing many of these documents and getting a will done. There were some issues caused by the seller's realtor and Denise dealt with them quickly and professionally so our deal could close on time and we were able to move in. I would definitely recommend Denise to anyone looking for a lawyer.
