I have a long story about why I would never want to work with her again. She was the guardian ad litem in my case. She recommended that my daughter's father, who is a convicted felon, get residential custody of our daughter. She thought I wouldn't foster a relationship because I brought his past up to her. Her report contained many defamatory lies against me. I met with her a second time and she said she would change her report. This was also a l lie. She never changed her report.
If you ask me, she nor this county really care about the best interest of children. It's corrupt.
I still have joint custody of my daughter even though she recommended against it. The only thing that really changed is that you put her in a really badly rated school when I have incredibly highly rated schools. Nice one, Jill Konen. When I go back to get her back, I will definitely be asking for a new guardian ad litem.
