I contacted her about an employment case. She told me she would take the case and do it on acontingency basis. After about two weeks of waiting I did not her from her so I called. She said she was busy but would definitely call me back. She did not call. I then had to email her. Eventually she emailed me back. Her reply was she wanted money up front but did not state an amount. I hired another lawyer and it worked out in the end. But.......I am still quite pissed that valuable time was lost. Had she been up front about not wanting my case she should have told me so so I could have found another lawyer right away.

"TOP OF THE LINE ATTORNEY" Ms. Hart is a very intelligent and always quickly reachable attorney. She handled my Divorce after 39 years of marriage with keen knowledge of the law, compassion, empathy and a steadfast fight for my rights and best interests. Her rates are reasonable, and I even received a discount at our close of business. I couldn't have been more pleased. No other attorney could have done better for me at this citical stage of my life (disabled and 61 years of age.) I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I had a child custody case. She missed a few appearances without notice, she was unprepared a few times so the judge looked at her like she had two heads, and she always seemed to want more fees. She did understand my plight though and she was very understanding and personable but in the end my case was dismissed because she did not appear yet again.

Ms. Hart was a great advocate for me during my divorce. My divorce was a complicated mess, but she understood the issues from the first time we talked. Her ability to focus had the effect of easing my concerns and increasing my confidence that everything would be ok. I recently completed an uncontested divorse through a mediator. I hired Ms. Hart to review the agreement. After she reviewed the agreement, she explained a few items which were pooly explained by the mediator, which lead to a change in the settlement, providing a more equitable agreement. I appreciate her services, she was accessible and pleasant and i would recommend her for legal matters.

I hired Norah originally for an uncontested divorce, but was so impressed with her, that I use her for all my legal dealings now. She is diligent, knowledgable, and most importantly, she cares about the welfare of her clients. Attorney Hart went all out on my case. She did everything possible and this was a huge insurance defense firm and she kept at it and we won by defualt in fact because of their mistakes which she capitalized on, smart lady!

Charged me an up-front retainer with promises to appear in court for me. Two days before the court date Ms. Hart decided something better had come along and told me I would have to appear by myself. She refused to give me the retainer back and produced an overly inflated bill to substantiate keeping the retainer. It was a terrible experience.
